Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Bulbara products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@bulbara.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
  • You must provide your order number when contacting us.
  • Return requests must be initiated by contacting support@bulbara.com.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed bulbs — for hygiene and safety reasons, bulbs that have been used or removed from their packaging cannot be returned.
  • Items not purchased directly from Bulbara — we can only process returns for orders placed through our website.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@bulbara.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective bulb or base, contact us immediately at support@bulbara.com. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Pre-order Cancellations

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Once we finalize production specifications, we will email you with confirmed details. You may cancel your pre-order by replying to that email or by contacting us at support@bulbara.com at any time before the order ships. Cancelled pre-orders receive a full refund to the original payment method.
