Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States.
- Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier and service level are selected at our discretion based on package size and destination.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you place an order with a non-US shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are not yet in stock and do not have a guaranteed ship date. You will be charged at the time of purchase. Once production specifications are finalized, we will contact you via email with confirmed details. Your order will ship once stock becomes available. There is no guaranteed timeline for pre-order fulfillment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bulbara.com with your order number. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
We package all bulbs with protective materials specifically designed to prevent breakage during transit. However, Bulbara is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Bulbara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
